After over 100h with no issues with the game, it doesn't start anymore. I get the splash screen, which seems to work fine. I press "Play F1 25", and it just returns to the EA App screen. I've tried at least the following things:
-Restarting the PC
-Repairing the game files
-Reinstalling the game, also on a different location
-Adding exclusions to Windows Security
-Deleting hardware settings folder
-Used -dx11 and -dx12 in the launch options
-Reinstalling the anticheat
-Running the game as an administrator from the installation folder
-Reinstalling the EA App
Nothing seems to be working currently, I'll add DxDiag as an attachment.

Finally found a fix for me: from the game files I had to but F1_25.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe on run this program as an administrator from the compatibility settings
