The game is unplayable as I can’t see the lines on the track because the game is extremely bright. Hoping someone at EA fixes this today. A lot of us spent a lot of hard earned money on this game and we can’t even play it.

Hey!
My gamma (brightness) is locked. Currently it is stuck a 140 and the game looks terrible on that setting. Is there a way to change it? I tried uninstalling the game then reinstalling, but nothing worked.

Are you on Xbox? If so, try to remove HRD in main settings to be able to adjusted the gamma in game

I can’t get the gamma off 150 in the graphics tab. The is no default reset and I can’t even see the game screen.

Try disabling HDR on your console or PC. The gamma was locked on my PS5 until I disabled HDR. Once I did, I made the adjusted the Gamma and reactivated HDR. Hope this works for you.

I was experiencing the same issue. Go into your PlayStation settings and temporarily set HDR to OFF. Launch the game again to change the gamma. It prompted shortly after opening the game. Close the game and turn your HDR setting back on. You should be set! It will lock the Gamma again but you can repeat the process to adjust.

To anyone having this issue.
Uninstall the game (just the game - be very careful here) and reinstall. Progress is saved (on mine at least)!
This will allow you to go through the Gamma settings again. I left mine at 100 (default).
I am now able to see the track correctly even though the Gamma settings is still locked (until they fix it). At least now I can play the game!!!!
