Getting a fault in CO-OP career when they are off.

I started a CO-OP career mode and in Q3 I got a fault on my car however we have faults turned off. I triple checked that faults were off.  If more info is needed I can grab it unfortunately I did not take a screen shot. I also noticed in the same session when we started the formation lap the engineer is playing the wrong voice line. He said something like clutch is good go go go go like the race started but it was just the formation lap.

Side note - more of a suggestion really AI have way to much straight line speed still and are slow in corners even on 100 difficulty while they do run less wing then us it is not by that much but overall the AI feels better besides this.
