Weird graphical glitch. I have a hard time trying to describe the issue, but hopefully the videos are self explanatory. Its way worse when its raining. Glitch can can be seen in menus aswell. The severity seems to be affected by weather/time of day (sunshine).
Same issue with quality/performance settings. Was hoping it would get fixed in the first patch, but it seems no-one has reported this issue.
