High fps before patch 1.12 terrible lag after

I know i'm not playing on a high end pc these are my specs:

I5 10300H

RTX 3050 4GB

16GB Ram

The problem is, before patch 1.12 I was playing on medium-high setting and I was getting about 120 fps on track and 65-80 in pits and in cutscenes.After this patch i barely get 50 fps in cutscenes and in pits and about 60-70 max in race or worse on more complicated circuits.What caused this big fps drop because I have my pc all up to date win 11 pro and nvidia driver 581.42.

The game is unplayable,because this fps are not even stable,and I tried everything including putting setting on medium-low or low,but it seems like no matter the settings the fps are the same.
