In non-gaming interfaces such as the main menu or settings, my graphics card will run at 600W (RTX5090) and sometimes 620W, which is very puzzling to me. I think this is also unsafe. Why would such a huge amount of performance be consumed in such an interface? On the contrary, when actually driving in the game, the performance cannot be fully utilized.
Ideas
High power consumption in non-game interface

If I play in vr the menus max out my graphics, and I get sluggish hanging. If i pray i can make it into a race and then everything is fine, but half the time I have to relaunch the game just to sneak by menus. Specifically seems to happen when the screen with 3d models of drivers display. It's fine in the start screen and online-checker screen.

Hey there,
Would it be possible to get a report code, a Dxidiag and a video of the issue? It would be amazing if we could also see the amount of FPS and then the drop in the video!
Thanks!
