I want help with fps dropped.

Has anyone experienced FPS drops in F1 25 on PC? My FPS used to stay above 200 all the time, but this morning, after I updated my Moza PitHouse firmware, I noticed my FPS is now stuck at 144. I’ve tried many fixes, but nothing has worked. I’m wondering if this is caused by the game itself or the firmware update, since I haven’t changed any in game settings.
