The steps you will have to follow will be different depending on the platform:

• EA app: You will find the Saves Folder here C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\F1 25
• Steam: You will be able to find your Save Games at the root folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[STEAMUSERID]\3059520\remote
