I solved the problem!!!
I understand what the ea team meant with the post about Fanatec flyer, Moza, etc.
They disabled the wheel rotation in the game. You can see it in the game menu, but it's disabled.
So, how many degrees does your wheel rotate? I have a Csl DD. I went into the Fanatec app, basic wheel settings. It was set to AUTO (sensitivity, is the maximum degree of rotation of the wheel for default by fanatec app). Auto for me corresponded to 900 degrees.
I changed it in the manual and set it to 360 degrees. Saved. I put the wheel in Xbox mode, launched the game, and now it works fine.
The wheel is now set to 360 degrees by Fanatec, not by the game.
OK?! Bye and Forza FERRARI!

Will try that later thank you.
Just checking this is correct.
I need to just set my rotation in Moza Pit House and it should work fine then ?

I think yes.
For Fanatec its ok.

Again massive thanks it worked, done 5 laps to check. Need to adjust to make it feel correct but it's now working.
Others having the issue:
DO NOT ADJUST THE IN GAME SETTINGS:
Go to your base settings and adjust from there, its a pain but helps. TIP I set an extra profile for my wheel to try it out.

It does not work for Thrustmaster and Xbox. The Settings in the Wheelbase Software does not affect the game.

The wheel saturation can be adjusted in the game @ calibration . I adjusted it to 98 basically and it some what fixes it (TSXW).

Before the update, it worked on AUTO. Now, if you want to run another game, like ACC, you'll have to manually change the base settings again. For me, it's more of a workaround than a full-fledged solution, especially since, as I mentioned earlier, it worked on AUTO settings before the 2026 Season Pack.
