In my 2nd season of my team I have been bringing in upgrades every single raceweekend, I am even reaching some of the ultimate upgrades for the chassis department. Yet still the ai teams seem to already have almost maxed out cars.

I kept the career option default for both AI & player. By the end of season 1, AI teams were almost maxed out
