[MyTeam] Can't cancel talks with drivers who signed elsewhere

Okay, so at the start of my second MyTeam season, I wanted to start driver talks with Sainz. Again, this was right at the start of the season. I got the message that he signed elsewhere (I don't know how it is possible), and now he is stuck on my Driver Talks screen. If I click on his portrait, it says the talks are paused because he signed elsewhere, and I can't stop driver talks, because there is no button prompt. Please fix!
