No bolid backlights in wet when pathtracing is on

Hey, theres a bug with not working backlights in wet when you turn on pathtracing. Its 100% PT fault because when i turn it off backlights are normally blinking red in wet, with PT on they are gone. 

Please fix this because its hard to see other cars, especially in very wet conditions. 

I think no proof is needed. just try it in game :) I saw many vids on YT with PT on and they also didnt have working backlights when driving in wet.
