Not able to move assigned upgrades to other driver.

Just completed some developed upgrades and I wanted to assign it to Sonny Hayes but suddenly as soon as I put assign to Hayes it automatically went to Joshua Pearce and I’m not able to move the upgrades back to Sonny Hayes. I don’t know if this is a glitch but this is my second season playing my team career and this is the first time I encountered this, so I assume that it’s a bug. For more information I play on Steam.
