F1 25 won’t connect to Online Services. I’ve read that messages in your mailbox can cause this problem. When I go to my mailbox it just loads infinitely so I can’t see what’s in my mailbox. I have already tried clearing cache from Steam and EA and every other fix I could find with nothing working to get the game to connect to online services.

This is on ps5 but I make sure I collect all car parts,contracts,employees etc in F1 world making sure I have no items to collect at all times, that should make the menu's run smoother and may help getting into your mailbox. If and hopefully when you get into your mailbox aim to delete invites from freinds to join a career multiplayer first or when when possible as those are the ones causing the main issues.
Basically make sure you have no notifications or items to collect in your menus at all times.
I will pre warn you it took me 2-3 hours deleting all my items and notifications as I never realised this was an issue until I had over 100 things to delete. Ever since though I have had no issues with this.
