Pad vs Wheel

I don't if it's a bug or not, but I'm in a team with many drivers, pad & wheel.

What we saw is that Pad can't be competitive against wheel, we are like 3-4 tenths slower on our hotlap. I think we need an update to make the game more fun for everyone, fighting against everyone too. Thx !

It's well known that you're generally going to be slower using a controller vs using a wheel. I've seen Jarno Opmeer do a video about it, and generally using a controller means 2-3 tenths slower per lap I think is what he said

Yeah, on the lasts games it was pretty balanced, but on this one the gap is pretty huge. I play with some of best drivers in PS, pad or wheel, and we are all agree about it. Thx for your return, i'll see the video that Jarno made !

  • To be honest the difference im the current game is ridiculous. Not is the Controller multiplen tenths slower over a hotlap but the tyre wear difference over 1 stint is insane. After mutliple Tests it is obvious that the Controller at times can have up to 20% more tyre wear over about 10 laps than the wheel on the same tyres. Like this many pad users will stop racing because there is no chance to be competitive. This need to be patched asap otherwise a big part of the community may just leave it which would be Sad to see in my eyes.
