Path Tracing - AMD 9070

When using Path Tracing at 1080 resolution, the "Path Tracing" is only generating artifacts. Turning it off and Ray Tracing kicks in works, but turning on Path Tracing mattes out everything and lighting effects start to cause artifacts on surfaces. See attached screen shots of gloves.
