Pit stop issue

I go into the pits within the pit speed limit and at some tracks like reverse silverstone among others after my tire change it won’t let me leave the pits for like an extra 20 or 30 seconds and this happens to my ai teammate as well so it ruins  my championship in both driver and my team career
