PS5 – "Unable to Save" Error During Races in Driver Career Mode

I have been having the same issue I first started to notice this on Friday 

I have now experienced the same issue in My Team Career Mode, specifically when using the 100% race distance setting. The error occurs during the race when attempting a manual save, just as in Driver Career.

For additional context:

- The problem seems does NOT occur in F1 World’s Grand Prix mode with 100% race length—manual saving works correctly there.
- Autosave still works outside of race sessions.
- The issue appears to be isolated to career modes (Driver and Team) and only occurs during races at full (100%) race distance. I have not tested manual saving during races at other (shorter) race distances yet.

I’ve been experiencing this issue as well on the PS5 PRO, I race with 100% race distance. For me it sometimes works then breaks or it doesn’t allow me to save at all. It occurs in all sessions (FP1 etc) in career mode. I’m seeing other people report this issue, all seem to be on the PS5. 

Clearly something isn’t right with how F1 25 saves on PS5. 

I hear and feel this. Posted before and no resolve with patch. Useless. 100% races and cannot save mid race. It's time consuming and this non save issue makes it all worse. 

Has anyone fixed it? I tried creating a new save but it didnt work
