Just finished 2nd place on bronze division. Which means next season I will be moved up to silver division.
I received mail in-game notifying me that I have moved up to silver 1 division. But when I went into ranked play. Its STILL showing up as bronze! Makes no sense. Technical issue? Is there a fix? I would like to be placed in the correct division as stated in game that I would.

Hey there,
You were probably promoted to silver, as you are saying, but because a new Season started, your points and rank reset, and that's why you have been pushed back again. I know it might sound confusing, but this is working as intended.
