Slow Pit stops

I have upgraded my pit crew 3 times and it feels like they have gotten worse... I had 4 races in a row with 2 stops in all and all 8 of my pit stops had some kind of problem... recent 2 races I had 1 slow one out of the 2... in both it was the first pit stop... Its ridiculous.
