Thank you all for your reports. The team is aware of this issue and is currently investigating it.
I will update this thread as soon as I have more information. Meanwhile, I recommend you try this workaround by the user MaxBsch1905 that has been useful for some players:
The solution is as follows:
One of the two must leave the session and restart their game, while the other remains in the menu where the ratings need to be updated. They then join the other player who is still in the session. In my case, I was then back in the normal menu. Then the other player, who remained in the session, repeats the process and should also be in the menu when they rejoin.
If it doesn't work in the first time try it again!
