The AI race starts are so bad. When i start i can sometimes gain around 7 places before the first corner

I think this is due to the fact that in this opus the AI do not start with optimal tires temperatures (please do not change that). They start the formation lap with 70°C tires and lose more than 10°C during it. AI should be able to heat their tires during formation lap a little around 80°c as a human player would.
