ThrustMaster TX base not responding

Downloaded game last night, and wheel SF1000 was working fine and able to navigate menus but pedals T-3PM which are connected via USB are not responding. This set up worked fine in 22,23,24 and other sims. 
This morning, wheel is not responding in game at all despite not having changed any connections since last night. All firmware and updates installed on wheel and pc. Screen comes on with game specific data screens as well, so it knows it’s connected to the game. The game just doesn’t recognise the wheel.
