Time Penalty Not Applying at Race End

(No audio in the clip since I had the wrong OBS track selected.)

Pretty straightfoward bug here. Had a +10s penalty and it wasn't applied at the end of the race. I should've been P15 or P16 (unsure which exactly), but it kept me in P13.
