Two Player Career R&D Scenarios - BUG

when playing two player career, from season two onwards if the r&d scenarios that can be applied (aero only upgrades... etc) are removed mid season it only applies to the host of the save. the second player still is stuck with the scenario enabled, allowing for one player to do full upgrades whilst the other is stuck with the restriction
