Tyre Allocation Issue

Yeah still happening in career and co-op.

Still happening to me on My Team on Xbox, sort it out EA/Codemasters please

Same issue, sometimes I pick harder allocation and it gives me the balanced tho, it just doesn't make sense and should be fixed asap

Playing My Team on PS5, this happens to me, but only if I use the other driver.  That is to say, if I had used one driver in the previous races, I'll get the tyre selection that I wanted, but if at the next race I choose to use the other driver, even though my tyre selection is softer, it goes back to balanced.

I didn't notice that.
I always choose Balanced tyres for any driver but game just randomly allocates them.

When selecting to run the harder allocation for the weekend it's fine for practice sessions and qualifying but when I came off and come back on the next day it changed to the standard balance for the race.  i had this same issue before think it's course by the player coming off the game it resets it

Also it had issues with mid sessions save sorry didn't get any codes for the issue.

I have the exact same bug! After entering a race weekend on Driver Career it resets back to balanced so I can't use 2 hard tyres. I am running Full Races on Full Season, Custom Driver, Driver Career.

From testing I've found that it seems to be based on saving the game, if I save and exit or finish a weekend it resets to balanced. So if I do 3 practice sessions and then save and quit for when I next play, It will be set to balanced for the qualifying and Race, only way round it I have found is to do all of the weekend including starting the race and then Saving and Exiting after starting lap 1 If i don't want to do the race then and there.

If you select anything other than balance it changes it back to balance after FP1 and non of the tyres will have any wear very annoying when you want to use 2 sets of hards for a race

What's not broken about this game? It was born broken.
