Unable to change binded buttons

Noticed when i played today after a few days away that my buttons had all changed. Tried to look to what they were binded to and they were as expected. Then loads of the buttons said "error".

T598 working  fine as usual but cannot change anything. Button prompts bottom of screen not displaying either
