XESS is available on all graphics cards. I wish people would educate themselves before posting their opinion-facts.
Can confirm FSR is bugged in this game. 9070XT here with the correct driver. Many many crashes, making the game unplayable. Turning on FSR 3 or 4 actually reduces the FPS that can be achieve without upscaling (roughly 130 fps for me, drops to 40). Wild stuff.
