Wheels at night don’t show up correctly and look black

Below show that in the same race only one car had the right wheel lighting which was only one of the Ferraris the McLaren and Williams all had nothing there at night races such as Las Vegas, Qatar, and Bahrain  the following images show what I’m talking about
