Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? I got it after completing the Challenge UCL Marquees Matchups.
Approximate timestamp: 5th March 2025 15:35 CET
So I completed the UCL challenge and then I got a tradeable pack.
This pack contained a gold pack, and when I select the gold I keep getting an error message.
After that I quickly sold the players I had in the tradeable pack so that only the gold pack was left, then I got the pack for the rush award 2500 points to see if it had any effect.
But I can't open the rush pack because I still have the gold pack.
I'm now in a loop, I can't open any new packs until I select this gold pack, but the error message keeps coming up.
It's definitely a game breaking bug because I can't open any more packs to complete SBCs and other things.
