Same issue here cant open any packs because of this:
- Platform: PS5 & webapp
- PSN Gamertag: HunchoDaveo
- Name of the pack you opened: trying to open a free gold pack I received in a preview pack
- Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: Gold preview pack
- Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? From PS5
