My game gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn’t open. I tried using my own account on a different console, and the game launches without any issues. I also tested another account on my own console, but EAFC 25 still doesn’t open. However, all other games work perfectly fine on my console, including EAFC 24. I’m attaching a video for your reference. Please help me resolve this issue.

Maybe a silly question, but have you already tried a reinstall of the game?
Could you also try performing a power cycle:
I tried deleting and reinstalling the game. I even fully reset the console and reinstalled everything, but the issue still persists. The game stays stuck on this screen for about 10 minutes before it finally opens. However, even after it opens, there are similar freezes and delays in the in-game menus as well. Interestingly, when I choose to launch the game without an internet connection from the loading screen, it opens instantly.
