84 rated FS academy player not eligible for weak foot or skill move upgrade.

I’ve completed the first Evo for the Fs academy player where they become 84 rated, and as I’ve been unlocking new base Playstyle evolutions, I’ve got to the evo that lets me give my player 4star skills, however my academy evo player isn’t showing up.

the criteria just states that the play needs to be a Future Stars Evolution. So I can’t understand why my player is not showing up for this Evo
