Opened the 85+ upgrade saying that there will be 5 85+ inside with the rest being 80, didn’t get anything above 82 in the pack.. what’s going on

I did a few 83+ player picks and it’s glitching. Similar to the loan pack redemption glitch a few months ago. It doesn’t work on the app either. Please help.
My 83+ player picks are giving players all under 80 rated.
