A problem on shooting the ball

There is a problem in shooting action, when I shoot the ball the player flicks it or stops suddenly or even ignore it I tried many of things to solve it and I also made sure the controller isn't the reason I also tried repairing the game via ea launcher but nothing works This occurs in all modes (Ultimate Team, career mode, Tournaments) except the practice arena
