Hello, I have a problem like this. Although I have saved the recordings on the keyboard, the arrow keys never work. In the keyboard settings, instead of the arrow keys, for example, jkl always directs with the spacebar. And when entering the keyboard key settings, instead of the special a, b, c, there is an "unDefinition" formation. I saved and exited completely, but the problem is still the same. I deleted the game and the profile with the game saved, and reset all the information, but the result is still the same. The keyboard keys do not work in online games and/or tournament mode. Hi EA team, I'm experiencing persistent black screen crashes in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. The crash sometimes happens while the game is idle, but also occurs when transitioning between Ultimate Team menus and matches. The screen goes completely black and loses signal, though the PC remains powered on. After a couple of minutes, the fans quiet down and the system resets itself without a full reboot — all apps are closed and I’m back at the desktop. This is the only game on my system that causes this issue. No other titles crash, including more GPU-intensive games. Here’s everything I’ve already done; Fully uninstalled and reinstalled EAFC 25, including manual deletion of leftover folders in AppData, Documents, Program Files, etc. Used DDU in Safe Mode to clean old NVIDIA drivers Installed the latest NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 576.52 (WHQL) Disabled all overlays (EA App, NVIDIA, Xbox Game Bar) Disabled EXPO/XMP in BIOS (RAM is running at JEDEC default) Temperatures and voltages are stable under load Controller emulator software is not active with EAFC EA App and Windows are fully updated This issue has caused me to lose Weekend League progress and in-game rewards, as disconnects register as losses. System specs; CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 GPU: RTX 4070 Super (Driver 576.52) RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000MHz (EXPO disabled) Motherboard: MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI PSU: Corsair RM750e, 80+ Gold OS: Windows 11 The game still crashes randomly — either mid-transition between menus or even while idle. I’ve done everything I can to ensure my setup is clean and stable. It really seems to be an issue specific to this game or its anti-cheat. Would appreciate any help or escalation. It's about a 25% chance after I finish a game, it will tell me the EA FC servers are unavailable, will kick me to menu, and I will either get a DNF or forfeit for the last game and it will not count towards my progress. Getting kind of annoying this is still a bug when TOTS is out and I'm getting DNF forfeitures on my squad battles games when I just spend 15+ minutes completing the game just to be told I'm SOL.
NVIDIA driver causes crashes on all RTX 50-Series cards
My RTX5090 graphics card was updated with the latest driver this afternoon and the version is 576.02. DR crashes frequently after the update. The game is playing online with an error in directx function。Please resolve this bug as soon as possible .
Huge Issues with Pro Clubs (AI players missing Roles and tactics not saving)
As mentioned in my Reddit posts (Post1, Post2), AI players in Clubs currently have no roles assigned, even though it appears otherwise in the "Edit Tactics" screen. When checking in-game as captain, it's clear that both AI players and our own pros have no roles — this is visible in the screenshots provided below This lack of roles causes AI players to behave erratically. They often wander aimlessly around the pitch, barely participating or contributing to gameplay, exactly as my video. As seen on the tactics screen, AI players are supposed to have roles, but in-game, the "Roles" section is completely empty. This isn't an isolated case — many players are facing the exact same issue, as evident in the post comments and multiple Reddit threads. I've reported this bug countless times since launch, yet I've received no response, no acknowledgment. This game cost me 100 dollars, and after over six months, this issue remains unresolved. No game studio that respects its community would allow a core feature like this to be broken for so long. To further illustrate the problem, I added an image of CR7's Roles tab so you can compare it directly to the AI in Clubs. Unlike CR7, Clubs AI players have no roles at all — and this severely breaks the gameplay for anyone not playing 11v11. It's frustrating and unplayable. This needs to be fixed immediately. We're 14 title updates in, and nothing has changed. Players can't even enjoy Clubs in its current state. My second post has gathered just as much attention, if not more, reporting this exact issue. It was even pinned on the Pro Clubs subreddit for more than a week, yet still — nothing. Additional Issue: EA_Aljo many players, including myself, have also noticed that tactics set in the Edit Tactics screen don't carry over into actual gameplay. Most notably, defensive depth is always reset to 39, no matter what value you set. It's becoming painfully obvious that Clubs was not tested properly before release. To ignore these bugs for months and then ban or silence players for speaking out is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Fixing this would make the Pro Clubs experience way more enjoyable and fun, but you still refuse to do it... Edit: WhiteGamer7, a popular Pro Clubs youtuber just made a video about it. I posted this a month ago and we still got no public reply or acknowledgment from EA except deleting messages and bans. The issue has been going since the beginning of the game. FIX YOUR GAME.
