Squad battles causes FC 25 to crash
I am a PC player via the EA App. I am having issues since the past month trying to play Squad Battles or any type of offline mode in that matter. Whenever I try to start a match in squad battles, the game just crashes and returns me to desktop. I have tried literally everything, from secure booting to reinstalling the game and getting a new graphics card. My current GPU is GTX 3050 Ti and i5-11300H. This should be enough according to the requirements. This issue started after the last 2-3 updates. Although, whenever I try to make a new profile, I can play the games in kick-off. After making a new profile, I can start a squad battles match, but if I try to make a new keyboard configuration as for the controller and try to save it, the game crashes without any error messages. It is so frustrating as I haven't been able play squad battles for a month now. I couldn't get any rewards for that. It is super frustrating. I am a paying customer and I occasionally do buy FC Points. But the current support I got from the EA team is unacceptable. I tried talking to a support agent and they just told me to wait. I tried talking about it in the Forum earlier, but it seems like I have been ignored. I tried to get a refund for the game as I have not been able to play for what I paid, but it seemed impossible as well. I am open to connecting to the EA team so that I can provide any necessary information (ex. crash dumps) needed so that I can get the help I need. But if it continues like this, I am afraid I would have to take legal action against EA. EA_Gordo@EA
Evo star I expired before it says
I missed the Evo star I expiration by 9 minutes, because it said it wouldn't expire for another week. Apparently there are separate expirations for starting the evo and finishing the evo, which makes no sense and makes the times misleading. How was I supposed to know the "unlock" expiration is to start the evo not to unlock it from the objectives? Definitely misleading. I've talked to support twice and said they said to post it here so the EA team can fix, as many other people have complained about this.
