FC 25 freeze / crash PC
Since yesterday when I start the game (EA FC25) after a few minutes game freezes/crashes my pc and I have to reset it manually by pressing a button on the pc case, this never happened before, I have played the game since the launch, other games that I have installed on my PC work just fine, the only problem I have is with EA FC 25, the game worked fine until yesterday, I have tried to repair the game, uninstalled, then installed it back again, I have updated my GPU drivers, looked at some workarounds on this and other forums but the game still doesn't work. Does anyone have this problem is there a fix or a workaround this problem?Game stuck after finishing match on career mode
Game stuck like this after finishing match on career mode, this is on latest TU on PC. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MONTHS, INCLUDING BUG WHERE YOU ARE STUCK ON HALF TIME. when are you guys going to fix this? there are so many report already but no fix yet, not even acknowledgement. Platform: PC – Windows 11 Launcher: EA App - Epic Description of the Issue: When I customize keyboard controls in EA SPORTS FC 25 and set them to Keyboard Only – Custom A, the game does not save the configuration properly. In Kick Off mode, the game forces "Keyboard + Mouse" even if I selected "Keyboard Only". In Career Mode, the game always reverts to the default keyboard layout instead of using Custom A. Even after deleting buttonDataSetupV1.ini in Documents → EA Sports FC 25 → Settings, the file is recreated but only contains the default mappings. My custom layout is never saved. Steps to Reproduce: Delete buttonDataSetupV1.ini. Launch the game. Go to Settings → Customize Controls → Keyboard Only. Remap keys and save as Custom A. Enter Kick Off or Career Mode. Observe that controls revert to default or to Keyboard + Mouse. Expected Result: The game should save my Custom A keyboard layout and apply it consistently in all game modes (Kick Off, Career, Ultimate Team, etc.). Actual Result: The game always ignores the saved layout and reverts to default, making it impossible to play with custom keyboard controls.Cannot Access Market Even After Finishing UT Foundations Objectives
I just started playing recently. I finished my UT Foundations Objectives and claimed the rewards, but I still cant access the transfer market. Couldnt find a way to contact support for help. Any fixes ? TO BE CLEAR I am talking about the in-game market, I know that the web app market takes time to unlock.
FC25 Crashing on Launch after Windows Update
On the 31st of August I installed some windows updates that i suspected were the cause for FC25 not launching. I had played it earlier that day and it ran fine, the only difference was the windows update. The game window pops up briefly (after the Anti cheat loads), flashes the logo, then abruptly disappears before showing this error: I uninstalled the game on steam, uninstalled the Ea app, reinstalled them both and still got the same error. I even tried the quick fixes I found from a google search; Verify game files on Steam, Clear the EA App cache, Restart Everything.... But none worked. I installed the EA app copy of EA FC24 to see it got the same problem... and that launched without issue. I tried installing all the windows updates from that day, but one had an error which made me think it's a permanent update. I checked community post on Steam for a solution and found a post talking about a similar update... though they didn't have any issue uninstalling them, it was proof enough that the windows update was the culprit... since I can't uninstall it, my only hope to play the game is through a fix Steam Quick Fix Post
Bug: Could not retrieve online information
After every Pro Clubs match in EA FC 25, I receive the error message “Could not retrieve online information”, making pro clubs unplayable without restarting. The bug is still there even after the latest update and extensive troubleshooting. -Reinstall the game. -Allowed FC25.exe and EA AntiCheat.exe through Windows Defender firewall. -Verified game file integrity. -Removed most friends from EA friends list. -Ran both executables as Administrator. -Changed game language settings temporarily. -Flushed DNS and reset Windows network settings. -Launched the game via Steam and EA App, including signing out and back in. -Switched crossplay on and off None of these methods above worked and what i found through netstat was that the UDP port 3659 remains open and bound to FC25.exe throughout gameplay and after matches. The FC25.exe process PID changes after matches, indicating the game’s connection/session resets internally. The game window does not crash or freeze after matches, but the connection becomes unusable and reconnect attempts fail until the game is restarted. So basically the problem is not caused by my firewall, network, or pc, but problems with EA's servers. A fix in an upcoming patch would be great.The flag in the middle of the field is waving by itself
Hello, I'm having an annoying problem with my game. While characters should normally wave the flag in the midfield area at the start of a match or during the Ceremonial Show in Cup matches, I see the flag waving in the air by itself. Is there a solution? Here's an example image:
