Become immortal

I added a play style evo to my player that should of added incisive pass and tiki taka but after claming the evo that play styles was not added after talking to ea help it shows up that I added them but they are unable to fix the issue any help please would be greatly appreciated with only 2 days left the complete the evo final stage
