[BUG] Can’t Purchase Ultimate Pass on EA FC 25 Showcase Version — “Server Error”
Hello,
I’m currently using the Showcase version of EA FC 25, and I’ve always been able to purchase the Ultimate Pass every season without any issues — until this one.
This time, whenever I try to buy the pass (either from my console or the EA FC 25 Companion app), I get the following message:
“There was an error with the server when completing your acquisition.”
- I still have access to the Transfer Market, and everything else in Ultimate Team seems to be working normally.
- I have enough FC Points and Coins.
- I’ve tried multiple times across different days, restarted the game and my console, and even reinstalled the Companion App — nothing works.
This looks like a server-side issue or a wrongly applied restriction to Showcase accounts this season.
Please let me know if this is a known bug, or if I need to provide further details.
