Servers Unavailable when finishing a game
It's about a 25% chance after I finish a game, it will tell me the EA FC servers are unavailable, will kick me to menu, and I will either get a DNF or forfeit for the last game and it will not count towards my progress. Getting kind of annoying this is still a bug when TOTS is out and I'm getting DNF forfeitures on my squad battles games when I just spend 15+ minutes completing the game just to be told I'm SOL.No Dynamic Images for all Liga Portugal TOTS
Hello EA Team, I’d like to report a visual issue affecting all Liga Portugal Team of the Season (TOTS) players in Ultimate Team. None of the players from this TOTS squad currently have their dynamic images showing on their cards, despite being live in packs and visible on the loading screen promo artwork. This seems to be a consistent issue across platforms and affects every single Liga Portugal TOTS card. It significantly impacts the visual presentation of the cards and the overall experience of using these special items. Could you please investigate this and apply the dynamic images where intended? I am writing regarding the final match of the recent PS5 tournament, as I believe there has been an error in the match result and reward distribution. During the final, I built a commanding lead with a score of 13-0. At that point, my opponent paused the game and subsequently quit. Despite my advantage and uninterrupted gameplay, the post-match review registered this as a loss for me. I have retained full, unedited footage of the match that clearly documents the events leading up to my opponent’s decision to pause and forfeit the game. Given the evidence, I kindly request that you: Conduct a thorough review of the recorded footage. Verify that the loss resulted solely from my opponent’s actions. Reassess the final match decision accordingly. Refund or reinstate my rewards based on the performance and circumstances of the match. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and am available to provide the match footage or any additional information you might need to facilitate your review. Huge Issues with Pro Clubs (AI players missing Roles and tactics not saving)
As mentioned in my Reddit posts (Post1, Post2), AI players in Clubs currently have no roles assigned, even though it appears otherwise in the "Edit Tactics" screen. When checking in-game as captain, it's clear that both AI players and our own pros have no roles — this is visible in the screenshots provided below This lack of roles causes AI players to behave erratically. They often wander aimlessly around the pitch, barely participating or contributing to gameplay, exactly as my video. As seen on the tactics screen, AI players are supposed to have roles, but in-game, the "Roles" section is completely empty. This isn't an isolated case — many players are facing the exact same issue, as evident in the post comments and multiple Reddit threads. I've reported this bug countless times since launch, yet I've received no response, no acknowledgment. This game cost me 100 dollars, and after over six months, this issue remains unresolved. No game studio that respects its community would allow a core feature like this to be broken for so long. To further illustrate the problem, I added an image of CR7's Roles tab so you can compare it directly to the AI in Clubs. Unlike CR7, Clubs AI players have no roles at all — and this severely breaks the gameplay for anyone not playing 11v11. It's frustrating and unplayable. This needs to be fixed immediately. We're 14 title updates in, and nothing has changed. Players can't even enjoy Clubs in its current state. My second post has gathered just as much attention, if not more, reporting this exact issue. It was even pinned on the Pro Clubs subreddit for more than a week, yet still — nothing. Additional Issue: EA_Aljo many players, including myself, have also noticed that tactics set in the Edit Tactics screen don't carry over into actual gameplay. Most notably, defensive depth is always reset to 39, no matter what value you set. It's becoming painfully obvious that Clubs was not tested properly before release. To ignore these bugs for months and then ban or silence players for speaking out is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Fixing this would make the Pro Clubs experience way more enjoyable and fun, but you still refuse to do it... Edit: WhiteGamer7, a popular Pro Clubs youtuber just made a video about it. I stayed more than 25 minutes waiting on a black screen with the first button to skip the first cinematic,frozen without a chance to play that game, i tryied join a friend on fifa to debug but it didnt worked, i joined him still but the game was frozen, i had to close the app, lost the game because of it and i cant finish the play 15 games quest because of it. I am a new player and I play on mouse and keyboard and whenever I play rush or rivals, the game is automatically set to keyboard only, even though when I play every other game mode, I can change the setting to either mouse + keyboard or keyboard only. I hate having to use the keyboard solely because I don't even know the controls and I am used to mouse and keyboard. Does anyone have some tips on what I should do to fix this?Disconnect mid game
I have been disconnected from my last game of fut champs and I was 4-1 up and it would have been my 10th win so now I’m left with no 15 games played reward , neither my Nico Williams (shared an image in the attachments). its not a technical problem because I was talking with my friend on discord and I didn’t get disconnected from the call. my guess would be that my opponent (I have shared an image of his username) did something but not sure how exactly, so I’m hoping for some compensation because it’s not fair on my behalf. thank you.Disconnected for inactivity while active
was in a champs game and was disconnected for inactivity when i was 10 goals up and the controller never left my hand yet my opponent was afk. i was removed for apparent inactivity meaning i can no longer get my 15 matches played in champs objective. Anyone else had this issue? would be really grateful if i could get my game back
