I got the Gold Pack in Momont missions.

Platform: PC STEAM
PSN/Xbox Gamertag: MonTanaGGG
Name of the pack you opened: Gold pack
Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: GOLD PACK
Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ? i got the pack from moments seasonal packs point sotre
Approximate timestamp: 4am

Hi! I've some great news on this front! You should now be able to redeem packs without a hitch. Give it a go and let us know how you get on in our main thread. This thread will be closed to streamline discussions in the meantime. Thanks for sticking with us while we worked to get this sorted.
