Hi team,
I’m not sure what’s happening. My FC25 has been experiencing this issue for almost 24 (at about 4pm CEST June 16, 2025) hours in Ultimate Team (UT friendlies, rush, rivals, champions, etc.). I have no issue with my interent whatsoever.
So this is what's happening. Everytime I try to play any match in UT (UT friendlies, rush, rivals, champions, etc.), I get an opponent to play against, select my jersey but right after that, there's about 10 to 20 econds of black screen and then the entry scenes to the match begin. The two team that are featured are always Arsenal vs Arsenal (logo and name). MInd you, my UT team has the Hamburger SV logo and name "Hunter x Hunter", not Arsenal. Also, it doesn't show the players in formation of the opponent squad, I just see little faded dots at where player cards should appear. After the entry scene, I get this error message "You lost your connection to you opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost."
So far, to resolve the issue, I’ve restarted the game (FC25) multiple times, rebooted my console multiple times, and rebooted my router as well. I also tried play the PS4 version, same issue (I play on PS5), I deleted the PS5 version of FC25 and reinstalled but didn't help either.

Would very much appreciate help as soon as possible (few hours left to play UT Champs😭)
