I opened a rare gold pack to which I got a loan player pack in which I now can’t claim I have a ton of rivals packs to open but now I’m stuck in a loop of trying to claim the pack and being returned to menu or if on the web app just making me sign in again help

It looks like you opened a duplicate thread for the pack that cannot be claimed issue. We are currently working on a fix and you can find the main thread for this issue here.
