A got a free gold pack in a store pack
everytime I try and open it my fc25 web app crashes, if opened in game it says network error and won’t open

The case is exactly the same. Both in the game and in the webapp the pack does not open. There is no way to open other packs
I'm having the same issue on ps5. Got a loan pack out of a mega pack but can't do anything with it. Just crashes the game
