Cannot start FC25

Since November 18, 2025, FC25, which I purchased on the Steam platform, has failed to launch properly. Right after I start the game, the screen goes black and then the game immediately crashes back to my computer desktop. I have tried restarting my device, verifying the integrity of the game files on Steam, and reinstalling the game, but none of these troubleshooting steps have resolved the issue. I am reaching out to EA's Technical Support Department for assistance in fixing this problem。
