Subject: Captains Store – “Purchase limit exceeded” error on first purchas
I am playing EA Sports FC Mobile and currently have 1202 Captains Shards. I tried to buy a player that costs 1188 shards, but when I press purchase, I get the message:
“Purchase limit is exceeded, please adjust the quantity before buying.”
This is my first attempt to buy this player, and I have not purchased him before. I also confirmed the quantity is set to 1, restarted the game, and cleared the cache, but the issue still remains.
Could you please check and help fix this bug so I can use my shards to claim the player?
