Career Mode - Selling Player Bug

This is the first time I have ever encountered this bug across all the FIFA/EA FC titles, I have played. I was negotiating with Manchester City, they approached me for a loan with option to buy. I agreed to the buy option and when setting the future transfer fee it was acting as if I was making the purchase. I was not able to set the proper amount for the player because I had made several transfers already at this point. So again to put it time order, 1) made several transfers into the club giving me a limited budget 2) Accepted City's offer for a loan with option to buy 3) accepted the loan with option to buy offer 4) I was unable to set the amount I wanted since the computer thought I was the one making the purchase. Hopefully this makes sense. I am playing on PC, specifically using Steam.
