Career Mode matches in slow motion

Whenever i play a career mode game the game is literally in 0.5 speed, everything EXCEPT for the actual gameplay is normal, even the instant replays. I think this may be an issue with laptop players. I paid this much money for a game that doesnt even support all devices apparently. Shame
