Clubs not counting wins

Me and my friends was all playing the Clubs Play Off matches tonight (March 7th 2025) and we ended up winning 6 and losing 1 we then played another 4 games which we won all 4, after each of these games the game froze at full time and kicked us out the main menu and the game did not count at all. It has done this before in the past but tonight 4 times in a row is not good enough especially when we won all 4.
