Can’t access my account using companion app or web app since Wednesday!
When i try to login into my account it keeps loading and showing the loading circle for ever.
I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't solve the issue.
I also checked the reviews on the Apple App Store, and it seems that many other users are experiencing the same problem.
I’ve had exactly the same problem for weeks, I spoke to customer service today because there was an account linking problem with my Xbox live ..it’s been sorted but it took me hours to work out what was wrong and then get help .. I only did it because I want the companion app and guess what it’s still not working 🤷🏼♂️.. I’ve been playing for months so I don’t see how I need to play more games to get access ..I can buy and sell players in game 🤷🏼♂️

I found a solution it’s playtime settings you have to go settings then playtime settings in the main game screen (not UT) and enable them .. once you enable game time sharing it starts to log all your games and SBCs etc …make sure you’re logged out of the app and then log out of the game and log into the app .. your basically starting from scratch as far as the games played for transfer market access is concerned as it uses playtime to decide when to give you access on the App
