Companion App not letting me evo a player who meets the requirements

I want to put my Juan Mata in the Cut and Curl evolution, but as when I go into the player selection screen it shows a message saying that they do not meet the requirements even though they do meet the requirements. The evolution has to be unlocked in a day and I’m out of town so I can’t go on my PlayStation to submit him into the evolution. I really hope this bug gets fixed as this has happened many times before.
